Lithuanian cuisine comes in for a lot of  criticism. Unfair, surely.

Yes, it’s almost entirely potatocentric and the few dishes that aren’t will be served with a side of boileds. But after a visit to St Petersburg’s faux Lithuanian Tri Peskarya, you soon realise other countries just can’t peel them the same way.
